3. Misuse and Service Suspension

  • Spam calls, robocalls, or fraudulent usage.
  • Call manipulation, number spoofing (CLI spoofing), or illegal number masking.
  • Attacks against VoIP House infrastructure (e.g., DDoS or excessive system load).
  • Attempting to bypass billing or gain unfair financial advantages.
    3.2. If misuse is detected, VoIP House may contact the customer for clarification. If the response is unsatisfactory, the service may be permanently suspended.

4. Billing and Payments

4.1. Users must pay service fees on time.
4.2. VoIP House reserves the right to modify pricing and will notify customers of any changes.
4.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

5. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

5.1. VoIP House does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
5.2. VoIP House is not responsible for service disruptions caused by technical issues or third-party providers.
5.3. Customers are responsible for any damages resulting from the use of VoIP House services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. VoIP House commits to keeping customer data confidential and only shares it under legal obligations.
6.2. By using VoIP House services, customers agree to our privacy policy.
